<季の美について>
Ki no Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a craft gin that combines the traditions of European gin with the essence of 'Japanese' gin, especially from Kyoto. It is produced at the Kyoto Distillery, a specialist gin distillery. It uses botanicals unique to Japan and incorporates London dry gin production techniques. The base spirit is rice spirit, which comes from rice, whereas cereals and waste molasses are usually used.
