It was born out of bartender Magami's desire for everyone to enjoy cherry blossom honey.
Cherry blossom honey is rare due to the small quantities that can be obtained, and the quality of the honey used for this cocktail has not been collected in five or six years.
Floraison has a soft taste and a slight cherry blossom aroma.
Please enjoy this superb cocktail shaken with six-gin and cherry salt.

Bartender Saito imagined an adult cocktail combined with plum wine.
The Cherry Blossom Martini is a simple but gorgeous cocktail with the sweetness of plum wine and the flavour of cherry blossoms.
It is an enchanting cocktail that will leave you with a view of cherry blossoms after you sip it.
