Cocktail Bar Nemanja owner-bartender Tomoyuki Hojo, a pioneer in flair bartending and mixology cocktails who is at the forefront of the bar industry, and barhotel Hakone Kozan will collaborate in a special collaboration.
World-renowned bartender Tomoyuki Hojo will give a special cocktail performance at bar hotel Hakone Kozan as a guest bartender for one night only.
Enjoy free-flowing signature mixology cocktails and trendy standard cocktails created from completely new ideas, using bottles from the Ferdinand's brand, of which Hojo is an ambassador, with a spectacular view of Hakone.

Born 6 March 1974, he started his bartending training in 1992. Also started flair bartending in 1997, and in 2000 became the first Japanese to compete in the world flair bartending competition.
After working at Bar Pigalle, Tokyo Kaikan and Hotel Grand Palace, he spent 17 years as general manager of cocktail bar Marsou, which opened in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, in October 2013. The name ”Nemanja” comes from the Serbian-born violinist Nemanja Radulovic.
She has participated in numerous national and international flair competitions and has won many prizes, including first prize. He has performed at many cocktail shows at hotel reception halls and parties, and has also performed at the Hotel Ritz in Paris and the Paradito Uvea Hotel in New Caledonia, and has been invited as a guest bartender in Asia, Europe and Oceania.

Since becoming Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin Japan Ambassador in July 2018, he has been actively conducting seminars in Japan and abroad.
In December 2018, it developed and launched NEMA 0.00 %, Japan's first non-alcoholic gin that is completely alcohol-free, and is continuously developing new products under the NEMA brand.

[Ferdinand's Brand.
The Ferdinands brand is a joint project launched by three companies: the Aberdis distillery in the Saar district of the Mosel region, known for its excellent German wines; the Goertz-Ziriken family, one of the top winemakers in the region; and Capulet Montaigne, a liquor merchant and distributor. The Aberdis distillery produces its flagship product, Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin, by double distillation using a copper, automatically controlled distillation machine specially commissioned by Karl, Germany.” Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin uses 32 botanicals, all hand-picked. After distillation, a premium white wine from the Q.m.P Spätlese Riesling produced at the Ziliken estate is added to produce a craft gin with a unique character that shines through.
