Hot spring supply from May to July.

From 7 May to 19 July 2019, the hot spring supply will be shut down due to the complete renovation of the source.
The hotel will be open for business as usual while the hot spring supply is suspended.
Hot spring baths during this period will be served with tap water.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the onsen hot spring supply to Hakone Kazan will be halted from May 7 to July 19 due to construction work. The hotel will be in full operation and guests will continue to be able to enjoy hot baths (not using hot spring water) during this time.
We apologise for this inconvenience but look very much forward to serving you at Bar Hotel Hakone Kazan.
