Whilst we have not received any similar enquiries or reports of incidents at our hotel at this stage, we are providing this information in advance to ensure our guests can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.
We will never send you a message via WhatsApp requesting additional payment or stating that ‘your booking will be cancelled if payment cannot be confirmed’.
Should you receive a message of this nature, please do not click on any URLs or links contained therein, and please refrain from entering any personal information, including credit card details, making any transfers or payments, or replying to the message.
Furthermore, if you receive any suspicious messages or have any concerns regarding your booking, please do not use the contact details or URLs provided in the message; instead, please contact us directly.
We will continue to take appropriate measures to ensure that everyone can enjoy their stay at our hotel with complete peace of mind.
