Go To Travel Campaign Notice of Temporary Suspension
Thank you for your continued patronage.
On 14 December, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced that the Go To Travel campaign will be suspended for travel to and from all areas of the country.
Following the recent declaration of a state of emergency, the following information is provided on the extension of the temporary suspension measures for the handling of this project for nationwide travel.
Suspension period: 28 Dec 2020 (Mon) - 7 Feb 2021 (Sun)
Your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection is greatly appreciated.
Handling of new and existing reservations
The project will be temporarily suspended nationwide from Tuesday 12 January to Sunday 7 February, regardless of whether it is a new or existing booking.
*Sales of travel and accommodation products from Monday 1 February onwards have not traditionally been permitted under this project.
Handling of cancellations
Existing bookings (which shall be bookings for travel to which this project applies that were made by 18:00 on Thursday 7 January) ) can be cancelled free of charge between 18:00 on Monday 14 December and Sunday 17 January.
*If the traveller has already paid the cancellation fee to the operator, the traveller can request a refund from the operator.
