The barhotel Hakone Kozan 2020◇◇◇

During the year-end and New Year's holidays, barhotel Hakone Kozan offers a limited number of plates filled with strawberries and bottles of sparkling wine from around the world to be served in your room (from 23 December to 3 January).

Please enjoy a bottle of fresh strawberries and a bottle carefully selected by our bartender. When you make a reservation, we will call you to confirm your reservation, so please do not hesitate to ask if you would like to make a reservation. You can also order from your room after your arrival.

You can choose from the following bottles

NV Hattingley Valley Classic Reserve (English) English sparkling that attracts attention for its soil and climate, which is the same as Champagne's before global warming, and one that offers a sense of maturity.

’10 Huber Rose Sekt Brut Nature (Germany)
Rosé sparkling made by Huber in southern Germany. Enjoy the ultra-dry, delicate bubbles that will disappoint you in a good way.

NV Gramona Imperial Brut Corpinnat (West) A classy bottle, the result of a rigorous selection of grapes and a long ageing process.

NV Quartet Anderson Valley Brut (USA) - A rich sparkling wine from California by Louis Roederer, the long-established Champagne house that owns Cristal.

NV Delamotte Brut (France) This is the sister house of the well-known "Salon". A bottle that lives up to its name with elegance and balance that can be enjoyed in any situation.

’15 Ferghettina Milledi Franciacorta Brut (Italy) → Aged in bottle in a unique, patented pyramid-shaped bottle. A bottle with fine bubbles and a long, lingering finish with the beauty of ageing.

Other winter-only cocktails made with fresh fruit are also available at the bar. Enjoy the marriage of seasonal fruit and alcohol.
