GoTo Travel Campaign|Receipts issued in the name of the company
Thank you for your continued patronage of bar hotel Hakone Kozan.
The GoTo Travel Office has informed us that accommodation for business travel purposes is now excluded from the GoTo Travel Campaign.

'How accommodation establishments, etc. respond to requests from travellers to submit receipts, etc. in the name of the company, etc.'
In the future, if customers who have booked through the GoTo Travel campaign request a receipt, we will respond as follows. Thank you for your understanding.
● If you make a booking after Saturday 6 November and issue a receipt in the name of your company, the GoTo Travel Campaign discount cannot be applied.
If a receipt in the name of the company is required, the customer must pay for the accommodation before the discount and issue a receipt in the name of the company for the same amount, and request the return of the unused regional coupon.
If the guest requests the company name on the receipt after applying the GoTo Travel campaign discount, the accommodation establishment can refuse to issue a receipt to the guest in the name of the company.
