Two courses are available, limited to a total of three couples per day.
Please enjoy the unique experience of enjoying the local produce of Hakone with cocktail pairings.

The course opens with a glamorous 'mini tacos' amuse, served with caviar.
For a cold starter, enjoy the delicious 'Marinated Scallops' and for a hot starter, the savoury and rich 'Onion Gratin Soup'.
For pasta, a rich-tasting 'snow crab linguine' is available.
And there is a choice of two main dish styles.
One is the savoury roasted duck with beetroot coulis and yuzu-scented sauce.
The other is the 'Seiki-Kanagawa Wagyu Beef Fillet', which is served following the 'Golden Snapper Pie Wrapped in Pie'. This is a luxurious composition that allows you to taste both fish and meat.
After dinner, the classic 'babao rum', with its mellow rum flavour, is served for dessert.
A lingering dinner experience, perfect for a winter evening in Hakone.
Each dish is accompanied by the bartender's original paired cocktail.
The pre-made cocktails are different from the one you usually enjoy at the bar, which is tailored to the mood of the moment,
