CASUAL SIPS Scented Plum, a bottled cocktail completed after a year of joint development.
A special bottle is available to commemorate the 7th anniversary of Hakone Kozan, which was born out of a chance encounter.
■ The trigger was an encounter over a bar counter
In the meantime, a member of Far Yeast Brewing visited Hakone Kozan as a customer and hit it off with a Hakone Kozan staff member while discussing bottled cocktails at the bar counter. To their surprise, they were introduced to Far Yeast Brewing's distilling department.
These chance encounters at the bar counter led to the development of the product.
This collaboration is a tag-team with Far Yeast Brewing's spirits brand Off Trail - Azeotrope. The CASUAL SIPS Scented Plum Cocktail, a special plum cocktail that can only be expressed at bar hotel Hakone Kozan, was created by combining a uniquely individual spirit base and plums, which symbolise the Hakone foothills.

Check-in at Hakone Kozan starts at 6 pm. Bar access is included in the room rate and, with the exception of some drinks, you can enjoy free-flow drinks without any worries.

The bottle label features the work of artist Shinpei Kashiwabara, who is also responsible for the museum's artwork. As an extension of the space surrounded by artworks, the “Hakone Kozan worldview” is condensed into a single bottle.
In addition to being served in the shop, it is also available in bottles. Enjoy the ”Kozan experience” at home as a "cup that can also be savoured visually".
