PRIVATE SPA & BAR - Information on revised charges.
Thank you for your continued patronage of bar hotel Hakone Kozan.
This is to inform you of the changes to the offerings and prices of the private spa & bar, which has been popular since its opening.
1, Fee revision:
Old rate: 90 mins ¥ 10,000 (for 2 persons)
New rate: 90 mins ¥ 15,000 (2 persons)
2, Subject to new rates:
The new rates will apply to the following bookings
▪ Guests staying on or after 1 July 2024.
-Customers who made reservations on or after 23 June 2024.
3, Customers who have already made a reservation:
The following customers will continue to be booked at the pre-applicable rate
Customers who have already made private spa & bar reservations for July onwards
... customers who booked before 23 June 2024.
4, Service changes:
The changes include a revamped drinks menu, which can be enjoyed in the private spa & bar.
In line with the fee revision, we will continue to make efforts to further improve the attractiveness of the space. We would be grateful for your understanding and cooperation.
