One month from mid-May 2023 [bar hotel Hakone Kozan Cocktail Competition].
Guests staying at the hotel are invited to become judges,
From a total of 23 unique cocktails on the theme of "The Fifth Anniversary."
Voters were asked to vote for their favourite cocktail in three categories: appearance, taste and originality.

The bar will be offering the late 2023 Special Cocktail from Monday 3 July until the end of December.

Representation of the summer fruit 'watermelon' using five types of summer fruit to mark the fifth anniversary in July.
A summer evening for everyone, with the thought of wind chimes and sparklers.
Masu no amusement incense
Masu with cocktails made with love liqueurs and spices,
With the wish for "continued patronage".
A cocktail that is sweet and refreshing, but with egg whites adding a soft texture and a spice note to tighten it up.

When it opened in July, when the greenery visible from the bar counter was beautiful, and,

The number five anniversary reminds us of a pentagonal star.

Cocktail combining lychee liqueur and tea.
MEDETAI
Associated with ”tai” (sea bream), as it goes without saying.
Japanese ingredients dried bonito flakes and plum wine are used, with a sea bream rancharm for a change of flavour.
Aniversario!
Based on Pampero Anivasario, which means "anniversary."
The best pairing of chocolate and banana in a cocktail.
The scent of black seven spice sansho and black sesame, and the tangy stimulation of black sesame, make this a dessert cocktail with a variety of flavours that go beyond sweetness.
Champagne Coral
Peach and champagne were used to create a coral pink with the colour word 'growth'.
