On arrival, you will be asked to fill in a health checklist (e.g. to confirm your overseas travel history) and take a temperature.
Ensure frequent cleaning and disinfection of room keys, reception desks and writing materials.
When staff take charge of customers' luggage and vehicles, they will ensure that hand sanitisation or gloves are worn.
In order to reduce the amount of time spent in contact with the customer, room escorts will only be carried out on request.
Staff are not allowed to enter the room during the stay, and cleaning is carried out on request for guests staying for consecutive nights.

(iii) Shared areas in the building
Hand sanitisers are available at hotel entrances, counters and in restrooms.
Disinfection and sanitisation of common areas in the building (e.g. doorknobs in public toilets) is carried out every 30 minutes.
All restrooms in the hotel are equipped with hand towels, etc.

(iv) Rooms
Doorknobs, in-room remote controls, telephones, hairdryers and switches are thoroughly sanitised during cleaning.
The hotel will ensure that all cups, etc. in the room have been sterilised.
During room cleaning, windows are opened for ventilation and hygiene control.
Loaner equipment will be delivered to your room upon request.

The efforts listed below are to promote enhanced standards for hygiene management and ensure peace of mind to our guests.

1.Employees.
We will conduct temperature screenings with every employee and record the results from these screenings when they arrive and leave from work. Employees arriving to work with symptoms of a fever, coughing, or fatigue will be prohibited from entering.

We will require all employees to wear masks and that some staff wear sanitary gloves.

We will enforce regular hand washing, disinfection, gargling and overall personal hygiene management on a routine basis.

When entering the building, we ask for your cooperation by wearing a mask at all times and disinfecting your hands with alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
