Mr Ramírez, a former professional baseball player and coach and importer of the rum Ron Carpano, will visit the museum.
Mr Ramirez, who has been active on the world stage as a top athlete, will talk about the essence of a "really good drink", his fateful encounter with Loncarpano and the behind-the-scenes process of bringing it to Japan, as well as many other valuable episodes that you don't normally hear about. He has won the overall championship at the National Bartender Skills Competition, the most prestigious in the country,
The event will feature Kiyotaka Kobayashi, who has had an illustrious career, winning numerous titles, including representative of Japan in the cocktail competition organised by the International Bartenders' Association (2006) and 'Best Bartender' award from the Japan Bartenders' Association (2006).
He started his career as a bartender at the age of 24, and while honing his skills in bars at home and abroad, he is a craftsman who has always been committed to 'creating memorable moments with a single drink'.
