Information on changes to service charges
Thank you for your continued patronage of bar hotel Hakone Kozan.
In order to continue to provide the same service in the future,
It is with sincere regret that we have decided to implement a fee revision.
From 19 December 2025, the service charges for the following target menus will be revised.

Food a la carte, dinner courses (unless included in the stay plan) and paid drinks at the bar.
Main dish for a fee when selecting an option at the Champagne Brunch.
[Service charges].
(Old) 10% → (New) 15%.
*New rates will apply from 19 December 2025 check-in.
*New rates will apply to customers who have already made reservations from the above dates onwards.
All bar hoteliers will continue to strive to provide an even more satisfying stay in the future.
