The competition is held annually in Yokohama, the “birthplace of the bar”,
A venerable competition that brings together top bartenders from all over Japan.
This is one of the country's leading competitions for technology, creativity and presentation skills.
Nagahama used her daily experience to take on the challenge of the classic cocktail category.
On the day of the event, the entire audience was mesmerised by their spectacular skills and gestures.
The winning cocktail was the Tropic Line.
A drop nurtured in the tropics, layered with the freshness of fruit and the breath of aromatic herbs,
