Special Dinner Course in December

Thank you for your continued patronage of our hotel.

From 29 November, the popular dinner courses will be renewed.
Available until 27 December only.
Details of the courses are given below.

MENU
Amuse - scalloped partbrick salad
Appetizers - Terrine of taro and foie gras with white balsamic.
Soup - potage of white seagull turnips from Mishima
Pasta - tomato cream fedelini with Hakone foothill pork and mushrooms
Vuando - grilled Soshu Wagyu beef fillet with red wine sauce
Dessert - strawberry crème d'Anjou in a champagne glass
14,800 per person (*Service charge not included)

During the Christmas period (20 - 22 December), you can enjoy a dinner course with paired cocktails in collaboration with Perrier-Jouët.
During the Christmas period, we also offer a full-course menu with fish dishes added to the above menu.

Seating: limited to 3 couples per day
Time: 19:00 / 19:30 / 20:00 / 20:30 / 21:00L.O
