Information on the ‘Transfer Booking Form’ (for guests only)

At Bar Hotel Hakone Koyama, we have introduced a booking form that allows guests travelling by public transport to book our shuttle service in advance.
Please go to ‘Access’ > ‘Shuttle Service Bookings (for guests only)’ on our website. Alternatively, you can view the details via the booking form below.

◆Important Notes
・We accept bookings from 7 days prior to the date of your visit until 12:00 on the day itself.
・If the booking deadline has passed, please contact us by telephone.
・To ensure we can accommodate other guests smoothly, please cancel your booking via the booking confirmation email if you no longer require it.
◆ Regarding the shuttle service to Unessen
The Unessen shuttle service operates from 18:00 onwards.
Please ring us directly when you get off the bus. (No booking required.)
